    How can I determine the right size products for my pet? 
      • It's important to use measurements when buying online. For Ye Olde Pet Shoppe products, you will need a tape measure for your pet's body. This can include their neck, chest, height, length, or leg size. Your pet's weight will be important for more accurate measurements, especially for products that carry them, like strollers and carriers.
      • Please use all measurements to choose a product size, not just your pet's weight. A heavy small dog can weigh the same as a lean larger dog.
      • You may also measure your car trunk to make sure that items fit for travel or wall space for furniture. 
      • Each of our product descriptions includes dimensions to help you select accurately. When possible, we include the item's weight if you will be lifting it to move or put in your car.

            How long are shipping times?

            We work with suppliers around the United States to source high-quality products that specifically meet the needs of senior-age pets and their owners. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to four days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 3-10 days for items to arrive.

            A few of our products come from foreign suppliers. These products can take 14 days to arrive, a few take up to 3 weeks.

            Each product page contains the Shipping Estimate provided by our suppliers. These estimates are the latest dates. Products generally arrive earlier than the estimate.

            As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.

            Can I track my order once it's been placed?

            You will receive a confirmation of purchase email, and then an email with tracking information once your item ships. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive an email with tracking information for each shipment.

            Do you offer international shipping?

            No, we're sorry but our suppliers only ship within the United States. A few products only ship within the continuous US.

            How can I get in touch with customer support if I have a question or concern?

            Can I sign up for newsletters or promotions to stay updated on your products?

             Yes! At the bottom right corner of each page is a section called SIGN UP AND SAVE. Enter your email to receive our newsletter, access to our free printables, new product information, and special offers!

              Can I cancel my order?

                Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please contact us at support@yeoldepetshoppe.com. 

                What happens if I receive the wrong item?

                  If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or not the item you ordered, please notify us at support@yeoldepetshoppe.com. Please include your order number and an explanation of the problem. We'd love to help.

                  Do you offer exchanges?

                    If your product doesn't fit your pet, please contact us at support@yeoldepetshoppe.com so we may process your return and send out a new size.

                    Do you have a suggestion box for products I'd love to purchase from your store?
